Are your products genuine and/or authentic?
Absolutely! Hellocos maintains a very close and direct relationship with all of our manufacturing partners. You can even call us friends! We make sure we get the freshest, and highest quality products directly from the manufacture and source. We have official certified distributorship agreements and certificates with all of the brands we carry.
Where are your products and brands sourced?
We source all of our products and brands directly from the manufacturer and vendors in South Korea to ensure the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
Do you offer free samples?
We love to give our customers samples of awesome products to try with every order whenever we have some available. Please note that samples are subject to change at any time and are based on availability. We currently do not take requests for free samples without an order.
How do I place an order?
1) Add product(s) to your shopping cart by choosing your products, shades and quantity and click “Add to Cart”
2) Click the “shopping cart” icon to access and edit your shopping cart. When ready, click “Checkout” from your shopping cart to proceed with your checkout
3) Log into your account (if you already have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and click “submit order.”
4) We will process your order within 1-2 business days; you will receive an immediate e-mail confirming that your order has been placed

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is currently out of stock, we will ship out all available items and notify you that your order was unable to be fulfilled followed by a full refund for that item. We do not currently offer “back orders” for out of stock products.
How can I cancel my order?
You’re able to cancel an order before the order has been processed. Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that once your order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order. Please provide your order number with every inquiry to customer support so they may better assist you.
I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $40. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit, or packages that are delivered late by postal carriers. Once an item has been shipped from our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible and can only base our tracking off of what our shipping carrier provides us.
How soon will my order arrive?
We try our very best to get your order out to you as soon as we can and pride ourselves in having speedy shipping times. Transit times may take up to approximately 7-10 business days from your date of purchase, however, it may get there even earlier!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We absolutely do. We have offices globally to help us fulfill orders are quickly as possible.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so they may better assist you. All orders that have been processed or in transit will not be able to change shipping destinations.
What is your return policy?
We strive for our customer’s happiness. We understand that there are all kinds of different skin types out there and some products may not fit your needs. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team at
email@example.com for a return authorization. Return request must be made within 30 days of your order date. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it is a result of our error. Multiple return requests for same items will be denied.

Is my product expired?
Not necessarily! All our products are sourced directly from the manufacture in South Korea to ensure the freshest and highest quality ingredients. South Korea often times will time stamp the manufacturing date on their products instead of the expiration date.
